BuilderBot reads meeting transcripts from Fireflies (which records Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls). It identifies action items, owners, deadlines, and decisions using AI — then presents them for your review before creating anything.
Does it automatically create tasks in Procore?
BuilderBot shows you the proposed tasks, RFIs, or submittals before creating them. You review the plan, adjust anything, and then approve. It never posts to Procore without your sign-off.
Is Fireflies required?
Fireflies is the primary transcript source today. It works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. If you already have meeting transcripts in another format, you can paste or upload them directly.
